## Terms of Service for Revenu

## 1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing, accessing, or using Revenu (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

## 2. Description of Service
Revenu provides appointment scheduling, customer management, analytics, and related business tools for Shopify merchants. Features may vary by plan and may change over time.

## 3. Eligibility and Account Responsibilities
You must be a Shopify merchant with authority to bind your store to these Terms. You are responsible for:

- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Ensuring all information you provide is accurate and up to date
- Complying with Shopify’s terms and policies

## 4. Subscription Plans, Fees, and Billing
Revenu offers subscription plans with optional usage-based charges. Pricing and billing terms are presented during installation and in-app.

- You authorize Revenu to charge applicable fees through Shopify’s billing system.
- Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
- We may update pricing with notice as required by Shopify policy.

## 5. Trial Periods and Cancellations
If a trial is offered, it ends automatically at the end of the trial period unless canceled. You can cancel at any time through Shopify’s billing settings. Cancellation takes effect per the plan’s billing rules.

## 6. Data and Privacy
Revenu processes data provided through Shopify to deliver the App. Our data practices are described in the Privacy Policy at `/privacy`.

## 7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:

- Use the App for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
- Interfere with App security or performance
- Attempt to access data belonging to other merchants

## 8. Intellectual Property
Revenu and its content, trademarks, and software are owned by Revenu or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App while your subscription is active.

## 9. Third-Party Services
The App may integrate with third-party services (e.g., payment, messaging, analytics). Your use of these services is subject to their terms, and Revenu is not responsible for third-party services.

## 10. Availability and Support
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Support availability depends on your plan and is described in our documentation.

## 11. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.

## 12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Revenu is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you to Revenu in the prior 3 months.

## 13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Revenu harmless from claims arising from your use of the App, including your content, data, or violations of these Terms.

## 14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or Shopify policies. Upon termination, your rights to use the App end immediately.

## 15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

## 16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Revenu is headquartered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
